ORDER PROCESSING

Plant orders are shipped within 3-5 days depending on availability of the plant. If you need your order urgently, please message us so we can upgrade your shipping (additional cost applied).  

Please note that all inquiries through our Facebook page, Instagram account, and e-mail will be responded to within 24 hours. Apologies in advance for the times that we cannot reply immediately due to influx of inquiries. We are trying to serve everyone with the best of our abilities.

Additional processing time may be required during Sale or Promotional periods due to above average order volume.  We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders!

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Plant orders are shipped within 5-7 days depending on availability of the plant. We will send you an update should there be changes in delivery schedules.

Plants are shipped uprooted and airdried. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive at their final destination safely.

⚠️Plant Culture PH is not responsible for damage done to plants by extreme weather.

You might encounter that some leaves may be falling out, drying up, or watery which is a normal plant reaction as they were put in transit and adjust in their new homes. These types of reaction may vary depending on the type of the plant you purchased. Rest assured that we try to keep them in their most fresh and best condition.

Please note that upon receipt of the plants, we try our best to ship them as fast as we could to keep the plants at their best form and condition. Should there be a need for you to postpone our shipment, late retrieval from LBC branch, or late opening of the box, please note that this reduces the quality of the plants.

RETURNS

We only ship plants that are disease free and of good quality.  That being said, we cannot control what happens to your order during transit. We cannot accept returns on plant orders because the plants cannot survive 2 way shipping. However, we gladly offer refund or replacements if the plants arrived damaged. Please email us: plantcultureph@gmail.com if you have any an issue with your plant order. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage, both to the packaging and the plants.  Do not dispose of the plants or packaging as the carrier may request their return
